Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship ASAP once we get your order. We do not ship with ice packets to cut down on waste to the planet.
WE ARE SHIPPING CHOCOLATE so melting can be an issue. Please note we can not control the weather or rising heat. We try to be wary of heat waves and might reach out to you about this so your package might be delayed.

Know that due to the transportation chain there is variable flux in delivery these days including restrictions because of COVID. Please take note that longer shipping times due to covid restrictions and sometimes there could be NO delivery option available.

Mainland will be shipped via Flat rate shipping - usually arrives in 7 business days

International will be shipped by best carrier available and if mail is arriving and not restricted by covid or shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
Sales are final.
Because we are shipping chocolate be aware it might melt. This can happen and no worries, just place in fridge or freezer and let it firm up again and then you can use. Therefore we will not accept returns on melted chocolate.

If your parcel is damaged and there is loss of product please contact us ASAP so we can arrange to send you a replacement order or refund you. Know this cacao is made in small batches so not always available.
