Straining the tea helps. Drinking the Thrive and Soothe (I have Soothe, partner has Thrive) in the morning, cacao husk tea in afternoon. Keeps me from drinking more caffeine. Great all around! This is the best cacao on the market hands down. Not only does it taste better than any other product, but it also is truly a ceremonial product. It comes from a verifiable source and the makers work and farm this themselves. You will not find that anywhere else.
